Textul anuntului:	Full time architect/civil engineer: AKTGEN is a Real Estate Investment and Development Company with property investments and developments in South-Eastern Europe (SEE), primarily in Romania and Bulgaria. AKTGEN is developing residential, holiday residential, office and mixed use projects. AKTGEN is looking to hire a full-time architect or civil engineer for its Romanian Operations, based in Bucharest. Basic Requirements: 1. Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree or Civil Engineering 2. Basic Use of Autocad 2008 3. Basic Use of Archicad 4. Good Use of Microsoft Project & Excel 5. Knowledge of Romanian Construction Code 6. Proficiency in English 7. Driving License Experience is not mandatory but will be considered an asset.
